Emotional Integration Psychotherapy is an eclectic treatment approach that utilizes a broad spectrum of techniques to involve a client with a collaborative, active process to achieve the client's goals. These techniques involve the "talking cure", visualization, hypnotherapy, EMDR, acupressure, pulsating lights and sound machine for relaxation training, eye movement both back and forth, in large circles, and down to up, as both in coordination with specific statements or not for the pupose of integrating conflicting ideas and feelings and alleviating fixed ideas.
